Stampin' fun with the Big Shot...

It was simply gorgeous out today.  I enjoyed lunch with my mom today and a little shopping of course!

Over the weekend I got some great stamping time in. So this week I have a lot to show you.  Today I wanted to show you my Beautiful Butterflies card.

I created this card using the Beautiful Butterflies bigz die for the Big Shot.

I used the 2 half butterflies on the die.  You fold your card stock (and for this card I also used the card stock vellum) in half then place if over the half butterfly and create your sandwich and run it through the Big Shot. 

I embossed the vellum butterflies using white embossing powder and the floral stamps from Vintage Vogue.

I used the Pretties Kit for the half pearls.  Aren't they sweet with the embossed butterfly?

I love the way the embossed butterfly looks.

Here is a close up look at the butterfly so you can see how it just pops off the card.
