Have you tried Stampin' Up!'s  Simply Scrappin' Kits.  They are featured in their Idea Book & Catalog on pages 162 - 165.

These Kits are a great tool to use to preserve your photos.  The coordinated Simply Scrappin' kits come complete with self-adhesive die cuts, patterened paper and card stock.  It is easy to trim the sheet of paper to create 6" x 6" and 8-1/2" x 11" pages.
