I am a notebook freak.  I absolutely love notebooks ~ I think because I am a list keeper!  I have lists for everything: things I am thankful for, to do list, project list, you name it I can show you my list for it!!!!

These notebooks are super easy to create ~

This is a great project for all those scaps you have.  Notebooks come in all sizes and you can cover them to match anyones style.

Getting ready for Valentine's Day...

Good Morning Stampers,

It's Wednesday and my favorite day of the week.

Today I wanted to share with you the card I created for my Stamp Club last month.  Each month my Stamp Club Members meet for a free stamp class! 

We started to do a card swap each month.  A card swap is when everyone creates a card and makes enough of that card to give one to each person in our Club. They in return get one from each of the members.  So you go home with a bunch of different cards!  Great for ideas and to use throughout the month.

The card swap is done at our free class each month and all my local club members participate.

The card below is the card I created for my swap in January ~

I created it using the Cards & Envelopes Set ~ Designer Cuts from the Occasions Mini Catalog item # 125414 ~ page # 9

I just cut the front of the Heart designer cut design and mounted it on Real Red and sprayed a little Blushing Bride Smooch Spritz! 

Really quick and easy to create!

Short and Sweet...

Good Morning Stampers, 

Happy Tuesday !  It feels so good to be blogging today.  I want to share with you a card that my Stamp Club Members created at our January Club Class. 

This is not my original design.  I spotted this card while surfing the web late one night and I am sorry that I don't have a name to give you.  If you recognize this design as yours - let me know I would love to give you credit.  It is a fun card to create.

This is our version of the one I spotted on the internet.

We used Short & Sweet which can be found on page # 166 of the Idea Book & Catalog.

Snowflake #2...

Good Morning Stampers,

I hope this morning finds you all well.  It has been a long time since I have posted here and I am sorry. This was a sad Fall for me.  I lost 2 very dear Aunts who I grew up with.  An Aunt on my dads side of the family and an Aunt on my moms. Each lived in the same town as me my whole life - even now as I still live in the town I grew up in.  November and December were filled with a lot of sadness but also of some wonderful memories and visits with family.

I hope you all enjoyed creating memories this Christmas with your family and friends.  It is my favorite time of the year.  

This weekend we got our first snow of 2012!  It came Friday night into Saturday and wasn't too bad as far as snow storms go.  Only about 4 inches - and very light powdery snow!  Is that a word? ~ powdery?

Anyhoot it put me in the mood for a project I had wanted to do before Christmas.  I wanted to create vinyl snow flakes to decorate my windows.

Here is what I created for my windows this weekend ~

White vinyl Snowflakes

Using the Orignals Die Snowflake #2 (item # 113460)

I created 8 Snowflakes for this back door.  As you can see I cut one so that it was in 2 window frames!

I know they are a little hard to see in these photos.

Here is a shot of a few of them with a dark blanket behind the window.

THis project was fun and easy to create.
